End User License Agreement (EULA)
The Cliptic app is provided to you under a license; it is not sold. By downloading the app you accept this agreement.
1. Apple Standard License Agreement
Cliptic is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). You can read the full text here:
The additional clauses below supplement that standard agreement; in case of conflict, the terms most protective of Cliptic apply.
2. Scope of the license
You are granted a worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Cliptic on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal and commercial use, in accordance with the Apple App Store rules.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
- Cliptic is free to download. Some advanced features (e.g. watermark removal, HD & 4K export, premium frames, effects and animations) are unlocked via an in-app purchase or subscription.
- All payments are collected through the Apple App Store and charged to the payment method associated with your Apple Account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription from App Store → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- A consumable purchase (extra AI-caption minutes) adds minutes to your account and does not renew.
- You can restore purchases made with the same Apple Account using "Restore Purchases".
- Refunds are subject to Apple's policy and are handled by Apple.
4. Your content and use
You are solely responsible for the content you process with the app and agree to use only content you are entitled to use. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer it, or abuse the service.
5. Intellectual property
The Cliptic software, name and design belong to us. This license grants you a right to use only and does not transfer ownership.
6. Disclaimer of warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Backing up your projects regularly is recommended.
7. Third-party beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.
